For community managers
Your directory. Always accurate.
Entraris gives on-site community administrators clear tools to look up residents, assist with changes, and maintain directory records — with capabilities that unlock automatically based on your license.
Your portal
Built for your license.
Your task board shows exactly the capabilities your community license includes — nothing more, nothing less. Basic admins can look up the callbox directory and submit listing changes into the vendor request queue — they do not apply those changes themselves. Standard and converting Fresh Start admins gain household lookup, property maintenance, and submit-on-behalf tools. Fresh Start Only community admins get the campaign dashboard, keys, and exports — not the live household toolkit.
Basic license
Callbox directory maintenance.
Look up directory entries with name, phone, unit, and code, then submit adds, updates, or removals for your access vendor to review. Community managers do not receive those requests or write to the live callbox — the vendor team processes them in the same change-request queue. Listing-count statistics are available on your task board.
Standard & Fresh Start
Household tools & property maintenance.
-
Resident & property lookup
Search by name, address, or unit. View the full household record in one place.
-
Submit changes on behalf
Enter a change request when you can’t reach a resident — routed into the same vendor queue.
-
Statistics & visibility
Open requests, magic-link activity, and resident-type breakdowns at a glance.
-
Property maintenance
Suspend portal access or start a property transfer so a new owner can take over — without editing addresses.
Every community admin signs in with their email and their own password. New accounts are provisioned via a secure invite link — no shared logins. Admin actions are logged with identity, and vendor and platform admins can review that audit log.
When your vendor uses Scheduling
Request gate and access work without a calendar fight.
If your access vendor has Scheduling enabled, community admins get a Scheduling item on the task board. Open a categorized work order — hold open, not working, hit, install, PM, programming, estimate, or something else.
-
Describe the problem
Tell them which entrance or equipment, what’s going on, and any timing in your own words. Photos when something is not working or was hit.
-
Track the work order
Status shows received, scheduled window, on the way, on site, completed notes, and shared photos when the technician opts in.
-
The vendor books the visit
Managers do not pick dates or cancel from the portal. Emails and optional SMS keep you in the loop as the visit moves.
Household, vehicle, and directory changes still go through Admin Modifications or the resident portal — not Scheduling. How Scheduling works →
